My wife Tuba and I have been looking for our dream house since beginning of 2020 . However once Covid restrictions took place we kind of postponed our dream. We originally contacted Umit and Anelia to sell our home because of their 1% fee. Our home, thanks to them, sold, during a difficult market well over asking and within 3 weeks. When we originally contacted them we weren’t quite ready to sell but they were really on the ball and proactive – they came to view the property and advise us on selling features. They were very down to earth and personable – no high pressure tactics – we felt very comfortable dealing with them.

When they gave us dates for the photographer/ videographer – they double checked and reminded us ahead of time and the session went ahead as planned – no delays, no cancellations. The video and photos of the home were excellent and captured the best features in the home and neighbourhood. Again the ‘for sale’ date went ahead as planned- no delays. They worked very hard and were always easy to get hold of even late evening/weekends. What was most astonishing to us was the day we agreed on the offer… Umit and Anelia negotiated hard for several hours with the buyer’s agent to get us more money – even though with 1% they were not making a lot of money for doing that! We truly felt, throughout the whole experience, that Umit and Anelia had our best interest at heart and that they were working directly for US. We have no qualms in highly recommending the tricityresale team to others and intend to use them again in future ourselves.
